Gwendolyn Shaw

Gwendolyn Shaw is a doctoral student in the Art History program at the Graduate Center. She was a Spring 2016 Advanced Research Collaborative Fellow, a 2014-15 IRADAC/Schomburg Digitization Fellow at the New York Public Library’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, and has been an Instructional Technology Fellow at Baruch College and Macaulay Honors College since 2013. Her research interests include issues of race and gender in modern and contemporary art, and she is currently working on a research project about Maya Deren’s work in Haiti.
